Parents showed up to the Hillsboro Independent School District school board meeting to express their feelings about band director Chris Moix. Hillsboro, ND- The Hillsboro School Board met Thursday morning, discussing several recent and upcoming events including the performance review of Superintendent Jon Dryburgh.
