“Hema is doing better than ever”, and yet they are closing all their Flemish restaurants: why is that?

It may be less cozy than in an average brasserie, but the cafeterias at the HEMA stores in Ghent and Turnhout are packed every day. Many customers therefore regret closing in three weeks. Hema has a logical explanation, but still: “Who will close such a well-running restaurant?”
