Kostyantynivka, like Pokrovsk, is one of the fortresses defending the Donbass Wall. Ukraine would lose it if it accepted the American-Russian proposal after eleven years of fighting. The city is now surrounded on three sides. The Russian army is already sending diversionary units to the eastern edge, preparing the ground for the occupation of Kostyantynivka.
