Summary by Ground News
Connecticut Citizens Defense League says ban on certain rifles including AR-15 style weapons violates both the Second and Fourteenth Amendment. Lawsuit follows a similar complaint filed by the National Association for Gun Rights earlier this month. Both are part of a wave of litigation nationwide spurred by a U.S. Supreme Court’s June decision.
