Guild Care’s Knit & Natter group welcomes new members
Every second Friday of the month, a special kind of gathering takes place at The Happy Teapot café, just across from Worthing Library. From 10:30am to 12:30pm, the café hosts Guild Care’s Knit & Natter group as part of the charity’s Creating Connections sessions for local people aged 65 and over.
Knitting has become a popular hobby among young people. For Sandra Snellman, it's a creative outlet that has given her new friends both on social media and in real life.

Join the Knit and Natter group on Tuesday 29th July at 2.00pm. The group meets in the schoolroom of the Methodist Church, Forest Road, Ollerton on the last Tuesday of every month. The group knits and crochets items for charity and the local community. You can also do your own knitting and crochet. Wool and needles are provided if needed, as are tea and biscuits.
