EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) -- As immigration enforcement ramps up across the country, Evansville's Latino community is feeling the impact. November 1st is Day of the Dead, a time to celebrate Mexican culture. This year the 9th annual community celebration in Evansville was canceled due to fears of immigration raids.
