On Saturday, October 18, 2025, the Tunisian Centre for Corporate Governance of IACE organizes the 7th edition of the Governance Forum. This edition will be devoted to the evaluation of Act No. 2005-96, on strengthening the security of financial relations, promulgated in 2005. 20 years later, it becomes essential not only to assess its impact, but also to examine its ability to respond to current economic and financial changes.
