From the Archives, 1997: Healy, Warne shut the gate on fightback

Summary by Ground News
Ian Healy cut his third ball for four, the first of eight boundaries that sped the combative Healy to a half-century in just 49 balls. Healy scored his 1,000th run against England, which will sit proudly with his 110 wicketkeeping dismissals. It was also one of 11 boundaries in a total of 75 runs conceded by Engand's profligate bowlers in a culpable first hour.
