DETROIT LAKES — Jonas Allen Zion, 37, of Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct – victim under age 13 and actor more than 36 months older. According to court records, on Sept. 7, 2025, a Frazee police officer took a report of a past sexual assault of a minor child.
