IRG and PREP Funds Welcome Powerhouse Company PROtect to Wichita Business Park
PROtect will consolidate its headquarters and operations into a 41,698 sq. ft. facility at Wichita Business Park to support rapid scaling and operational efficiency, officials said.
- Industrial Realty Group and PREP Funds announced PROtect as the lead tenant for Wichita Business Park under a long-term lease, according to PR Newswire.
- With 22 locations and over 750 employees, PROtect will consolidate and expand its corporate headquarters and Wichita operations into a single operations center.
- PROtect partnered with sentin GmbH to offer AI-driven inspection automation, making it the first North American inspection provider with comprehensive AI-powered inspections, according to IRG and PREP Funds.
- The company will relocate in the near future, and PREP Funds said the facility will showcase the site's resurgence while PROtect remains the City of Wichita's fourth-largest revenue producer.
- With over 150 properties nationwide, IRG and PREP Funds say adding a technology tenant will attract more tenants to the 26-acre Wichita Business Park project, supported by PREP's $100MM value-add opportunities fund.
