On Sunday morning, the motorists who were travelling on Rue du Marranel in Albi had to take a surprise look at the edges of the road. New signs "Zone 30" and "Release of vehicles", printed in A3 format and attached to the urban furniture, appeared in this quiet residential area, but regularly crossed very quickly. Behind these false signs, two inhabitants exceeded by speed wanted to pass a message to the drivers... and to the town hall.
