15-Year-Old Boy Briefly Detained at Alligator Alcatraz, Attorney Says

FLORIDA EVERGLADES, NEAR OCHOPEE, FLORIDA, JUL 17 – More than 250 of roughly 700 detainees at Alligator Alcatraz have no U.S. criminal convictions, challenging claims the facility holds only the worst offenders, reports show.
