Two phases down, one to go. That’s the current status of the Twin Cities Rail Trail, now that the completion of phase 3 was recently celebrated. The first phase of the trail, from First Street in Fitchburg to Carter Park in Leominster, opened in June 2022. Which leaves only the middle phase left to complete.
