Duluth Public Schools budget approved with first phase of cuts

DULUTH — The Duluth School Board unanimously approved the 2024-25 budget Tuesday with a $4.6 million deficit being offset from the district's assigned fund balance. The district is using approximately $5 million in fund balance reserves to balance the budget.
