The Syrian government announced the end of the fighting on Sunday in Suyida, resumed by the Druze groups, a week after the outbreak of bloody intercommunal clashes in this southern city of the country.
Some of the scenes from Suwaida are hard to beat in horror. Fighting groups practice revenge. While the situation in the city calms down, fighting continues in villages.
The bloody clashes between Druze and Bedouin in the Syrian city of Suwaida seem to have ended for the time being. However, there is no reason for warning.


After heavy fighting in southern Syria, Druze militias control the city of Suwaida. There, the situation seems to calm down. In other parts of the region, fighting is still taking place - despite official ceasefire.
The NGO has specified that among the victims there are 427 fighters and 298 civilians drusi, 194 of which they have been justice summary by the personnel of the Ministry of Defense and the Interior. The situation in the Syrian city seems to be under control. A spokesman for an armed Druze group previously stated that the Bedouins were expelled from the city. US Secretary of State, on the other hand, opposes the withdrawal of government forces from the province.
