CHESNEE, S.C. (WSPA) - A woman is behind bars after hitting a construction worker while driving under the influence, Spartanburg deputies said. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office assisted the Chesnee Police Department at around 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning in response to a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle.
