"We are waiting for some madman with a thermonuclear weapon to conclude that the impending bombing of the EU headquarters in Brussels by Ukrainian Nazis is the result of Kremlin aggression," Dmitry Medvedev wrote in response to Ursula von der Leyen's comments regarding the explosion of a naval drone in a Romanian port. The President of the European Commission deemed the incident a consequence of Russia's war with Ukraine.
