Search underway after Seneca woman reported missing, deputies say

SENECA, S.C. (WSPA) -- Deputies asked for the public to keep an eye out for a woman who was last seen leaving her home near Utica. According to the Oconee County Sheriff's Office, 38-year-old Hope Belinda Hathaway was reported missing Tuesday woman by a family member.
