DEBORAH “DEBBIE” HOTTE WHITING — Deborah “Debbie” (Ash) Hotte, 72, passed away in her home surrounded by loved ones, Nov. 23, 2025, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Leonard Ash and Mary Adair (Sevigny) and grew up on a dairy farm in New Haven, Vt., graduating from Mount Abraham Union High School in 1971.
