DEA warns of ‘rainbow fentanyl’ being used to target young people

Summary by Ground News
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) said it has observed a trend of brightly-colored fentanyl made to look like candy that is being used to attract children and young people. No change in potency was found between the various colors, despite what some claim. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is 50 times more potent than heroin. Just two milligrams of fentanyl, which is equal to 10-15 grains of table salt, is considered a lethal dose.
