WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - The Ohio Supreme Court is being asked to appoint a judge to hear the felonious assault case against Liberty Township Trustee Devon Stanley. A Thursday filing in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court states that no "sitting judge of the Trumbull County Common Pleas Court is eligible to hear this case based upon the existing conflicts of interest."
