Concord has acquired Broadway Licensing Global. As part of the deal, BLG’s family of imprints — Broadway Licensing, Dramatists Play Service, Playscripts and Stage Rights — will now become part of Concord Theatricals. The acquisition does not include Stageworks, BLG’s live content creation arm, or the Broadway On Demand streaming service that the company owns.
