Decision refers to the December 2021 notice of illegality, when AdC accused Meo, NOS, Vodafone and Accenture of restricting competition. Competition imposed fines of 13.35 million.
"The company disagrees with what it has decided, both as regards its account and the reasons presented", it reports.
The Competition Authority fined the four companies for anticompetitive agreement in subscription television services and advertising on television recordings.
The Competition Authority (AC) imposed fines of EUR 13.35 million on Meo, NOS, Vodafone and Accenture for "anti-competitive agreement in subscription television services and advertising on television recordings".
