42nd annual Thanksgiving in the Valley to return to Scottsbluff

Thanksgiving in the Valley will return to the Guadalupe Center on Nov. 27 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., celebrating 42 years of feeding the Scottsbluff community during the holidays.

Community Thanksgiving Dinner returns for 12th year in Hankinson

For more than a decade, the spirit of Thanksgiving has filled the parish hall at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Hankinson, where volunteers and neighbors come together to share a meal and fellowship.

Volunteers being sought for Thanksgiving dinner

Club member Matt Hanko said the goal this year is to make sure those coming to eat a bountiful Thanksgiving meal with others learn a little about the history, how the dinner came to be and how it grew and evolved to reach hundreds of diners each year.
