Charles officially announced as king at royal ceremony

Summary by Ground News
King Charles III was officially announced as Britain’s monarch Saturday, in a ceremony steeped in ancient tradition and political symbolism — and, for the first time, broadcast live. The King himself was not present for the proclamation at the Accession Council, attended by around 200 members of the Privy Council. The formal proclamation document was signed by William, Prince of Wales, Queen Consort Camilla, Prime Minister Liz Truss, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York.
