Ukrainian refugees who arrived in Germany after April 1st this year will not be eligible for unemployment benefits. They will receive benefits like other refugees under the asylum law. According to the DPA, Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt and Labor and Social Affairs Minister Bärbel Basová agreed on this.
