Beachwood City Council hears pitch from Sheetz, which seeks to locate on Chagrin Boulevard

Beachwood City Council, during its meeting Monday, heard from representatives of Sheetz, the 24-hour-per-day gas station/convenience store/restaurant that is seeking to build at 24700 Chagrin Blvd. That property is now the home of a largely vacant office building that included the recently closed US Bank branch.
