Authority States Insurance Is Not Needed for Scooters

The National Road Safety Authority (ANSR) has clarified that mandatory civil liability insurance does not apply to users of scooters and bicycles, despite the police stating that they will begin to inspect vehicles.

The explanation of ANSR comes from the PSP that, from six in the morning, it would be possible to tax or secure civil liability in the tricycles the tricks, 'scooters' the tricks, 'segways' and 'hoverboard'.

Trotinetes and 'scooters' the tricks, 'seguys' and 'hoverboards' are either subject to this obligation or, refer to ANSR in a note. New rules should enter into force this Saturday
