Another Life follows Nick over the course of one fateful summer he falls in love with Anna. They meet while working in their local cinema and attempt to keep their relationship a secret from their colleagues and friends. Anna is a Jehovah’s Witness, and the strict religious rules of her community mean she cannot enter into a relationship with anyone as “worldly” as Nick.
