The Algerian national company took delivery, on 13 November, of its first A330-900neo, powered by the Trent 7000 of Rolls-Royce. This event marks the concrete launch of a programme of ten new large carriers by mid-2027, at the heart of a vast modernisation of the fleet intended to support the international and African expansion of Air Algeria.

Air Algeria received its first Airbus A330neo during a ceremony in the presence of Said Sayoud, Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, as well as officials from the sector and representatives of the company.
