Dritan Abazović, former Prime Minister of Montenegro and leader of the URA Movement, made strong statements following a protest organized by the Municipality of Ulcinj. The protest was in opposition to the Montenegrin government's controversial decision to grant a portion of the coastal area to Arab investors. Due to the new situation, the official celebration of Ulcinj Day was canceled, while the solemn session of the Municipal Assembly will be held in front of the citizens.

A large number of citizens of Ulcinj gathered today to protest what they say is the "sale of Ulcinj", and the rally was organized on the Municipal Day by the local self-government itself because it opposes the decision of the Government of Montenegro to cede part of the coast to Arab investors.

"Today Velika Plaža is the target, tomorrow it will be Crno jezero, Plavsko jezero, Lovćen, the Old Town in Kotor... If we don't show resistance now, we lose everything," said Abazović in the author's podcast "Friday with Dritana".
