On Saturday, the 83rd anniversary of the USSR assault and World Sybirak Day are celebrated across Poland. On this occasion, celebrations were also held in Poznań. The provincial celebrations began with a mass in the Church of the Blessed Saviour in Poznań. Then the participants of the event went to the Monument to the Victims of Katyn and Sibir, where flowers were laid and candles were lit.
