Two men found dead in coastal waters at Port Stephens within space of two hours

Police were called to Wreck Beach near Shoal Bay at about 7:40am on Saturday, after a man failed to return from surfing. An hour and a half later in an unrelated incident, a second man's body was found floating 60 metres off shore at Swan Bay, about 60 kilometres away by car.
