A fire raged on two boats in the Weespertrekvaart in Amsterdam on Saturday evening. One of the boats was destroyed. According to a spokesperson for the fire department, the fire started on a boat in a small harbour along the Weesperzijde. The fire spread to a second ship, which broke loose. This made it difficult to extinguish the floating vessel.
