FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A sinkhole has shut down the 3800 block of Midland Avenue in Fort Smith, according to a press release. Fort Smith police looking for driver involved in deadly hit and run The City of Fort Smith Street Department crews are on the scene and making repairs. The release says repairs could take 24 hours. FSPD says to consider alternate routes if you are planning to travel through the area.
