Several departments respond to semi-truck fire on I-94 Monday

No one is hurt after firefighters from multiple departments responded to a semi-truck fire on I-94 in Berrien County on Monday. The Chikaming Township Fire Department says it was dispatched to westbound I-94 around 1:30 a.m. for the truck and trailer blaze. A mutual aid call was also put out to Lake Township Fire and Rescue and the New Buffalo Township Fire Department. Upon arrival, firefighters found the truck fully involved and got to work on …
