Resident awakes to explosion sound, garage on fire

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A detached garage caught fire on the north side of Terre Haute on Friday destroying a vehicle and boat. The Otter Creek Fire Department was called to the scene of a fire on N. James Street just before 2 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
