Tully, N.Y. — A person was found dead in a car that was on fire in the parking lot of the Quality Inn in Tully early Saturday, deputies said.At 3:02 a.m. multiple people called 911 to report an explosion and car fire at the Quality Inn at 5785 Route 80, according to dispatches from the Onondaga County 911 Center. The car was “fully involved” with fire, dispatchers said.
