A former Minister passed away today after collapsing at a beach in Pacific Harbour. The 69 year old was rushed to the hospital and was pronounced dead by doctors. He was a former military officer and served as Minister in the Fiji First government. Police said the deceased resided at Caubati. A former Minister passed away in Pacific Harbour today. Police confirmed the man collapsed along the beach. It says he was rushed to the Navua Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Earlier on, FBC News reported the body of the man was found near a well-known resort in the area.
