COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A tractor-trailer fire in Mexico, Missouri, affected traffic on a main thoroughfare Monday. The Mexico Department of Public Safety says personnel were called to a fire on the Highway 54 bypass at about 7 a.m. A 2000 Peterbilt hauling corn was on fire and the cab was fully involved, according to a news release.
