Cannabis activist hopes to convince gov't to loosen regulations

With free weed the bait, a local cannabis activist is hoping a public protest on the front lawn of the Manitoba Legislative Building grounds will cause the province to switch gears on its plan to halt controlled-access licenses, and consult with stakeholders on regulations surrounding homegrown cannabis.
